From what i can see there are two major support levels
1) 1.6221
2) 1.5970
What time frame you trading?

When price moves lets say one pip, what EXACTLY does that mean? What is the mathematical model behind it? Who calculates the pip change?

when the market moves 1 pip or 10 it merely reflects the current bid and offer on the books. if 'fair value' increases then so will the bid/ask and so will your chart which is a reflection of this.

watch closely for the next fex days. the "w" pattern can be tricky. for long time traders, confirmation of a trend turn around is vital.
only when the s&p 500 is safely secure above the 1000 pt mark (which was a prior resistance) , we can be sure that we saw a potential point for "the bottom". until then, all we had was a rally (and a good one) in the overall down trend.
