Commodities continued to gain ground yesterday as investors took advantage of the low Dollar to push the markets higher. Gold pushed ahead and touched $1143 per ounce. Silver, normally classed as a commodity that lags behind Gold, also presented a phenomenal session increasing by over 5%.

From a technical point of view, broke out of its wedge and climbed throughout the session. Even though this commodity could see higher ground, Silver's direction will depend on the overall Dollar situation. During yesterday's session the Dollar lost ground but managed to regain some of its losses.

Trading tip - Shift your stoploss to your entry point, incase the Dollar suddenly jumps, causing Silver to drop
